Our full story

Since 2014, we have been investing in a variety of real estate asset classes, such as residential, multifamily, and commercial. Our main focusing area is Atlanta metro, where we like its fast population/economic growth, excellent business environment, and healthy real estate market. As a group of real estate experts, we raise capital from investors to invest in cash flowing or value add real estate projects. Our projects vary from residential rental portfolio, flipping, to commercial and multi-family properties.

We look for good cash flow properties and value-add opportunities. We use our sound market and financial analysis to buy high quality properties at discounts. We then improve the performance of the properties through better management and value add projects. By doing so, we achieve higher than average market returns for our investors.
